Enamels on canvas cm.60x50
This is one of my works created using enamel on canvas, and its primary aim is to explore the interaction between colours and geometric forms. I wanted to create a visual dialogue between primary colours, such as red, yellow, and blue, and more neutral tones like grey and black.
The angular shapes and sharp lines are designed to guide the viewer’s eye through the composition, evoking a sense of movement and construction, almost as if each element were part of a puzzle in progress. The inspiration comes from Constructivism and Geometric Abstraction, movements that fascinate me for their ability to reduce art to its most essential forms, playing with structure and order. With this piece, I sought to convey a balance between precision and creativity, between the control of form and the freedom of colour. The use of enamel highlights the vibrancy of the colours, making them vivid and almost three-dimensional, aiming to engage the viewer in an intense and dynamic visual experience.
